The Learning Path
The course is designed as a practical journey. Learners begin by observing their current workshop routines, then move through seven connected units that help them reduce waste, save time, strengthen customer relationships, organise logistics, protect business data and transfer craft knowledge to others.
By the end of the ACTIVATE course, learners will be able to build a personal transformation roadmap for their workshop or craft activity. They will know how to choose realistic green and digital improvements, apply simple tools, communicate value credibly and review progress over time.

The Digital Toolkit
The Toolkit serves as your primary companion piece to the ACTIVATE Roadmap. While the Roadmap outlines a structural step-by-step assessment for artisans to analyze their current business models, this Toolkit provides the core educational substance, resources, and practical activities required to fill their knowledge gaps.
To ensure its usability, clarity, and relevance, this toolkit has been built through a collaborative, "learning-by-doing" process and has been rigorously validated and tested by educators and artisans across Italy, Lithuania, and Bulgaria.

The ACTIVATE Sustainable & Digital Roadmap
An interactive, step-by-step analytical framework designed specifically for artisans and blue-collar workers. Instead of overwhelming users with long theoretical courses, the Roadmap allows them to audit different areas of their daily business activities, including circular approach to production, use of digital financial tools, online marketing, sales and administration...
The Roadmap guides users to construct an individual action plan toward sustainability and digital adaptation.
